Create space where you were once stuck, to appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are.
Just be there for yourself… on and off the mat.

I believe that in order to change the world we must first begin with ourselves.
I want to create a yoga that could help to make people stronger and happier and turn this world into a better place. As we ride this rock together, we must understand that life is a wonderful journey of happiness and joy. We can each become a better version of ourselves every day when we arise. We get many opportunities in everyday life to understand and learn our own balance with more experience every day.
