Pregnancy is such a sacred and transformative time. I feel truly honored to share part of this journey with other mums to be, especially now, as I walk this path myself.
Through this journey, I’ve created something I wish every pregnant woman could have – a calm, nurturing space to move, breath and listen inward.
That’s why I’m offering Jacksonville’s only silent prenatal yoga mama classes by the ocean, using high – quality wireless headphones to create a truly peaceful and focused environment.
These aren’t your typical prenatal class. With gentle music and my voice guiding you through each breath and movement, streamed directly to your own headphones. No outside distractions, you’ll drop into peaceful rhythm, fully present with your baby and your body.
Yoga Mama gently supports your changing body – helping to relieve discomfort, reduce stress and increase your stamina and flexibility for labor. Most beautifully, it nurtures a deeper connection with your growing baby, creating space for both of you to breathe, move and bond together.

These private prenatal yoga sessions are designed to hold space for your unique experience of pregnancy. With gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful presence, we’ll work together to support your changing body and growing baby in a way that feels nourishing and safe.
As a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, I bring a calm and supportive approach to every session – offering personalized guidance to help you feel more connected, more grounded, and more at ease throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is entirely tailored to your needs, energy level, and goals.
Before we begin, we’ll take time to connect – either over a video call or in a way that works best for both of us – to talk through your expectations, concerns, and any special considerations. This consultation ensures you feel fully supported, respected, and heard every step of the way.

What to expect during Yoga Mama Classes
Each session is thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with calm, care, and connection.
A typical class includes:
- Centering breathwork and baby connection
- Seated stretches for hips, back, and shoulders
- Flowing movements like goodness pose, warrior II
- Pelvic floor awareness and mindful alignment
- Restorative poses and guided meditation
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to yourself and your little one.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
If you are new to yoga, it’s best to wait until around 15-16 weeks before joining the class. By this time, most mamas feel more energized and past the more sensitive first trimester. You can continue practicing right up to full term – and even beyond if your little one takes their time arriving. Consistent practice helps make breathing, movement, mindset, and relaxation techniques second nature – tools you can draw on when it matters most, during labor and birth.
If you are already practicing yoga or staying active regularly, feel free to reach out - you may be able to start earlier. And if you have any health concerns, it’s always best to check with your doctor or midwife before beginning.
