I’m Daga
I was born in Poland and later moved to Great Britain, where I spend most of my life. While living in the UK, I completed all my yoga certifications accredited by Yoga Alliance Professional, including Ashtanga Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and SUP Yoga.
I’ve always felt a deep connection between movement and the great outdoors, especially the water. That love eventually led me to the coast, where I found myself teaching yoga by the sea, surrounded by nature, community, and a sense of peace. It’s also where I met my husband, making that chapter of life even more special.
I believe that yoga is the most beautiful gift.
My journey with yoga began during a time of deep personal transition. It became a powerful tool that helped me shift my life to a new level – one rooted in presence, clarity, and self-trust. It became my path back to myself, guiding me to follow my dreams and reconnect with what truly matters. In that space, I found happiness.
After last couple years of travelling back and forth between England and the United States – where my husband is from – we finally decided to build a life together. Since last year, I’ve been calling Jax, Florida my home.
After such a journey, we are now expecting twins. It still feels surreal at times, but we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them into the world at the end of 2025.
Pregnancy has opened a new layer of connection for me. This is what inspired me to create Yoga Mama “a space for a woman to move with intention, connection deeply with their changing bodies, and prepare for birth with gentleness and self-trust”.
Women who practice yoga during pregnancy can be present in their bodies and connect with their little one. In addition to this, yoga has a calming effect on the mother. This calm is also transmitted to the baby.

While a routine is healthy in life, sometimes things can get stagnant. Moving our bodies help us let go of monotony and release emotional and physical tension. When we build our physical strength, our minds follow suit. Improving balance and strength helps boost confidence and increase mindfulness.
